Failed to map a system-wide interface index to an interface index that is locally unique. The mapping is required to find an interface index that a socket is supposed to be bound to. If a locally unique interface index is not found then the socket stub is not able to perform this binding.
This is an internal socket library issue. Please try the following: check protocol and interface configuration, restart the protocol, reboot the system. If the event still occurs then contact technical support with the output of "show tech".
